Our goal at Elite is to become your go-to source for compassionate, reliable ambulance transport of your patients in order to optimize their outcomes. We provide a variety of emergency and non-emergency medical transport including Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Specialty Care Transport, Critical Care Transport (through our Advance Ambulance affiliate) as well as dialysis, bariatric transport, and wheelchair vans.

Elite is dedicated to serving hospitals, healthcare systems, nursing facilities, health plans and other healthcare providers throughout the Chicago metropolitan area with innovative approaches tailored to each customer’s needs. Our skilled EMS professionals are ready to provide quality, reliable and timely service to or from the most appropriate facilities to help your realize efficient, cost-effective care and patient transfers.

Transportation requests are fulfilled with a phone call or clicks on a computer. Sophisticated computer software assists with trip pre-authorization, scheduling, on-time performance, reporting, and claims processing. All 35 ambulances in our fleet and with our affiliate Advance Ambulance, feature state-of-the-art life support equipment, communications systems, and GPS tracking to provide top-level, timely care whenever you order it.

We are also focused on helping “Beyond the Call.” We understand the important role you play as a patient advocate and all of the decision-making and coordination and protocols you must balance in order to provide the best possible care.
